Behind the scenes - INconcept magazine

InConcept magazine is one of my returning clients.  The first ever cover shoot I shot for them was this Autumnal editorial in Prague.

I love a project where I can be more creatively involved and help to create the mood board, pick locations etc. The only brief I had from the editor-in-chief of the magazine was that the background for our editorial should be the centre of Prague. No problem at all! You will never hear me complain about using Prague as a background :)

There are so many locations in Prague! Countless really... We stayed around the Old Town Square which was perfect! Both models were from Scouteen model management agency. I wanted a slight contrast between the two of them and they were perfect for this shoot.

The hair & make up used were wonderfully minimalist and not overpowering. The whole shoot was the idea of capturing two friends on a relaxing day out, almost without them knowing they are being photographed. Street style photography was a big inspiration.

I love shoots on location (and especially in Prague ;) )! My love for fashion photography and travelling can be combined here and in some ways it's often easier to tell a story through photography.

Check out this editorial I shot for the Czech lifestyle magazine inCONCEPT here :)
